As part of one of the largest independent house builders in Scotland, R&D Manufacturing, currently build 16 house types for use in the Group’s private developments.

All standard houses are constructed using timber kits manufactured at our facility in Dumfries using modern computer controlled equipment, and can be constructed in any timber size or grade to individual requirements.

In addition to our own range of houses we can provide kits to your architects design and provide the necessary design certificates for your structure required by Building Control.

So whether you are builder creating a new development or an individual investing in a self build or simply adding an extension large or small, we can assist you at every step of the way to ensure what can be a stressful job, is that little bit easier on both your mind and your wallet.

All timber kits are designed using the Wolf Keymark software package, enabling design and engineering to be integrated with roof to ensure compatibility.

Finally, our all round capability makes us the ideal supplier as in addition to the kit and roof, we can fully fit out your house with everything from doors, windows to your fitted kitchen.
