R&D Manufacturing have recenly installed equipment to produce compressed saw dust briquettes from their dust extraction process, for use as a coal substitute in home burning fires and for chiminea's

This new product will contribute to the company's efforts to reduce its carbon footprint by significantly reducing waste products and landfill.

Initial tests on the new product are very encouraging with virtually no residue ash content, 0.3% and a high net calorific value being achieved.
