R&D Construction Group

R&D Construction Group Ltd is the new identity of the former Robison & Davidson business, a long established company that has traditionally concentrated its marketing efforts in the south west region of Scotland.

Over the past few years the business has grown organically into one of the largest business in this geographical area. Recently the company has concentrated its efforts in the following market sectors: -

• Private House building. Through its subsidiary company Meridian Residential. www.meridianresidential.co.uk
• In conjunction with social housing partners Loreburn Housing, Irvine Housing & DGHP throughout the Sth West of Scotland in mixed site developments.
• From negotiated partnership contracts with selected clients, carried out by R & D Construction.
• Associated services.
• Land Acquisition.

The Group has now expanded its regional presence into the Central belt of Scotland and further private and partnership developments in this area will significantly expand the company’s market share over the coming year.
