On 7 April 2011 ,C P Dempster and A J Davison were appointed Joint Administrators of      R & D Construction Group Limited and Robison and Davidson (Holdings) Limited.The affairs,business and property of the company are being managed by the Joint Administrators who contract as agents of the Company without personal liability.
